Accessibility
We want Hopwall to be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader or a zoomed display.
Our target
We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA on this website and in the Hopwall portal. This is a target, not a claim: we have not completed a formal accessibility audit, and some parts of the service may not meet it yet.
What we do today
- Pages use headings, landmarks, labelled form fields and a skip link.
- Buttons and links show a visible focus ring when you move through them with the keyboard.
- The site and portal have a light and a dark theme, and respect your system setting.
- Pages are built to reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged.
Known limits
Some portal screens, such as the visual page builder and the charts in reports, rely on a mouse or touch more than they should, and we are working on keyboard and screen reader alternatives. Embedded sign-in checks supplied by a third party may behave differently with assistive technology.
Tell us about a problem
If something on Hopwall is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email hello@hopwall.com or message @HopwallContactUsbot on Telegram. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and any assistive technology you use. We will reply and aim to fix genuine barriers promptly.
This statement was written in October 2026 and is reviewed when the site or portal changes materially.
